Senior Sales Team Leader LATAM

They are seeking a Senior B2C Sales Team Leader to manage their LATAM sales team.

Location: Remote (LATAM)

Salary: $1700 USD Gross + commissions, up to $3000 USD Gross per month

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 12 sales specialists to meet sales quotas.
• Hire, onboard, motivate, and evaluate the performance of the sales team.
• Implement workflow changes in collaboration with the Head of Sales and Sales Country Manager.
• Conduct group training and individual coaching sessions.
• Achieve sales goals for the LATAM market.
• Ensure team compliance with processes and regulations (lead processing in CRM, script usage).
• Provide performance reports on the team.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Spanish.
• 3+ years of telemarketing or B2C sales experience.
• 3+ years of sales management experience.
• Data analysis skills.
• Experience coaching and guiding sales teams.
• Strong soft skills and communication skills.
• Experience working with CRM.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven sales management track record.
• Experience in Education, Ed-tech, Tech, Marketing, SaaS B2C, Insurance sectors is a plus.
