Outbound Sales Enthusiast - Remote

A remote sales role helping underserved populations see the value of an innovative program that improves their quality of life, focusing on education and motivation rather than hard selling.

Location: Remote

Salary: $15–$17/hr plus uncapped commission of $100 per enrollment

Responsibilities

• Help underserved populations see the value of an innovative program and motivate enrollment.
• Spend a year with each member to help them learn new behaviors.
• Represent a program that puts members first and focuses on outcomes.

Requirements

• 1 or more years of experience in outbound sales to consumers.
• Ability to establish trust quickly, overcome objections, and be persuasive over the phone.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Great phone presence with patience, confidence, and a positive attitude.
• Technically savvy, able to use multiple applications on work computer.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Must pass a video interview.
• High school diploma minimum, bachelor’s degree preferred.
