Mission Critical Sales Manager - West (Remote)

This role is a sales and marketing position within WAVE, responsible for driving revenue growth in data center, containment, and mission critical markets by developing project opportunities and building customer relationships.

Location: Remote

Salary: $115,180 to $172,780 per year

Responsibilities

• Own and develop a defined geographic territory to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Build and maintain a project pipeline within target markets.
• Identify, pursue, and close project opportunities.
• Support specification positioning with engineers, architects, and owners.
• Track projects from design through installation and closeout.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, engineers, architects, owners, and data center developers.
• Conduct territory planning and customer calls.
• Deliver technical sales presentations and product training.
• Position WAVE as a trusted partner for ceiling and data center solutions.
• Execute sales strategies, monitor competitor activity, and provide market feedback.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and customer activity reports in CRM.

Requirements

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience selling in project-based and multi-channel construction environments.
• Strong technical selling, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently within a defined territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or similar CRM.
