Life and Health Insurance Sales Agent

The AWL Insurance Agency is seeking experienced sales agents for full-time work-from-home positions to sell Life, Health, and Medicare insurance policies. Agents handle inbound calls and warm leads, focusing on client needs and closing sales.

Location: Remote (Texas)

Salary: Uncapped commission, with bonuses and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Discover client needs
• Overcome sales objections and close over the phone
• Cross-sell related insurance products
• Accurately record information in management platform
• Communicate regularly with management

Requirements

• Valid TX insurance license
• Ability to follow script
• 1+ year sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable and dependable
• State resident license to sell insurance in Texas
