Insurance Inside Sales Professional

AIS is seeking a licensed insurance professional with sales experience to join their remote Inside Sales team, focusing on inbound leads and offering uncapped earning potential.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $44,466–$77,881/year (range varies based on experience, skills, and location)

Responsibilities

• Quote multiple lines of insurance for multiple carriers nationwide
• Handle inbound calls and follow up to close sales
• Deliver a high-quality, consultative customer experience
• Identify customer needs and provide coverage recommendations
• Achieve individual sales performance goals
• Stay current on carrier guidelines, systems, and product offerings

Requirements

• Active Resident Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be eligible to obtain licensing in all states
• Personal Lines Insurance sales experience preferred
• Confidence in sales ability with a focus on closing
• Motivation to meet and exceed sales goals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Tech-savviness and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Comfort working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Positive, team-focused attitude

• Work hours: Monday-Friday, 10AM-7PM PST / 12PM-9PM CST / 1PM-10PM EST
