Charter Sales Executive

Solairus Aviation is seeking a Charter Sales Account Executive for night and weekend shifts on a rotating schedule. The role involves managing sales and trip logistics for private flights, providing high-level customer service, and handling the complete sales cycle.

Location: Remote at home

Salary: $65,000 + commission

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt & accurate price quoting to customers & follow up on each quote.
• Handle high call volume and produce quotes in an expedited fashion.
• Update & maintain an accurate customer preference database.
• Foster & develop relationships with customers & industry personnel.
• Remain current on company & competitor product offerings, aircraft, regional charter pricing, & travel trends.
• Represent the company in a professional manner at trade shows & industry/marketing events.
• Ensure the performance of sales objectives each month by meeting sales quotas.

Requirements

• Willingness to be scheduled in rotation during evening, overnight, and weekend hours.
• Work days to include a rotation with other personnel for all holidays.
• Willing to carry a mobile phone or similar communications & be accessible 24/7.
• Customer service skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to negotiate & close.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and phone demeanor.
• Effective communication, organization, presentation, & administrative skills.
• Energetic, friendly & outgoing personality.
• Ability to multi-task, analyze data, define problems, establish facts & draw conclusions.
• Ability to generate/write reports & business correspondence.
• Punctual, regular & consistent attendance.
• Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willing to travel as directed by management.
• A strong background with 2+ years in Charter Sales.
