High Ticket Sales Executive

The SMB Team is seeking a high-performing B2B Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle, focusing on consultative, value-driven sales in a fast-paced environment. The role involves working with inbound and outbound opportunities, with a focus on legal marketing and coaching services.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 base + uncapped commission ($250,000 - $300,000+ OTE)

Responsibilities

  • Own and close qualified inbound and outbound opportunities sourced by SDR/BDR teams
  • Run a consultative sales process using SPIN selling and discovery-first techniques
  • Identify customer pain points, business impact, and buying motivations to align solutions effectively
  • Manage your pipeline rigorously to ensure accurate forecasting and consistent deal progression
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Sales Leadership, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and successful onboarding
  • Maintain detailed, up-to-date CRM records and follow defined sales processes
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience as an Account Executive or similar closing role
  • Proven success closing ~$50K–$100K ARR deals in a fast-moving sales environment
  • Strong experience with consultative selling methodologies (SPIN selling)
  • Comfortable running structured discovery and uncovering business pain, urgency, and impact
  • Excellent pipeline management, forecasting, and deal prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously within a shorter sales cycle
  • Strong communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills
  • Experience selling complex B2B solutions is a plus
