The Flow Cytometry Sales Representative at Beckman Coulter Life Sciences is responsible for selling flow cytometry hardware and consumables, managing territory accounts, and developing new business within the life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology sectors. The role involves working remotely within the New Jersey and Pennsylvania area, with a focus on achieving sales targets and expanding influence.
Location: Remote (US - New Jersey and Pennsylvania)
Salary: $95,000–$105,000 (base); $184,900–$194,900 (total target with SIC) annually
Responsibilities
- Selling flow cytometry hardware to quotas assigned
- Selling consumables to quotas assigned
- Management of assigned territory accounts
- Searching out new and competitive business and working with accounts to develop programs to expand and increase influence
Requirements
- Must live in the greater Philadelphia area
- Bachelor’s degree in Scientific field with 5+ years’ experience OR Master’s degree with 1+ years’ experience
- Solid understanding of tactical sales skills and practical knowledge of flow cytometry equipment
- Highly motivated, success driven, with strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent time and territory management habits

Additional Information
- Travel required: 70% within territory and overnights
- Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb
- Experience with CRM (preferably SFDC) and Microsoft Office is a plus
