Responsibilities

• Own and grow digital ads business in Poland, from strategy to execution.
• Drive and hunt for new business and identify untapped opportunities with brands and agencies.
• Sell innovative advertising solutions to both new and existing clients.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with major brands and media agencies, negotiating multi-million contracts.
• Act as a trusted sales advisor, educating clients on platform's best practices, campaign strategy, and performance optimization.
• Build effective sales strategy, setting ambitious targets and helping account managers exceed them.
• Collaborate closely with account managers on planning, reporting, and client success.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow the next generation of digital sales talent.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Native Polish.
• Confident, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Experienced in sales or business management with large or strategic accounts in advertising or media (4+ years).
• Skilled at multitasking, planning, and delivering results with precision.
• Knowledgeable about the digital marketing landscape and competitive media environment.
• Creative, strategic, and always looking for ways to help brands succeed.
