Account Executive

The role is for an Account Executive at Svetness, focusing on high-velocity, high-ticket closing in the fitness and wellness industry. The position is remote, results-driven, and offers uncapped commissions, suitable for motivated individuals with sales experience and knowledge in fitness.

Responsibilities

• Confirming and nurturing inbound schedules until Demo
• Effective and consistent communication with inbound prospects via text and call
• Consistent monitoring of Pipeline from inbound lead cadences to Post-Demo Followup
• Communicating with direct reports on a daily basis
• Regular attendance to daily team meetings, coaching sessions, and pipeline reviews
• Recording all interactions with prospects within our CRM, and communicating effectively with adjacent departments.

Requirements

• Full-time, 40+ hour availability with flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot)
• Excellent communication skills (a “people person”)
• Sufficient base knowledge in fitness and nutrition (certification not needed)
• Sales “Chops” - objection handling, discovery, solution presentation
