Special Projects Lead

A strategic role reporting to the CEO, responsible for employee onboarding, manager training, and internal communications, with opportunities to lead strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives at a profitable, fully remote company.

Location: Remote (Americas)

Salary: $170K - $200K

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end new hire onboarding experience, redesign onboarding processes, and build scalable systems and content.
• Develop a training plan for new and existing managers, build curriculum and materials, and partner with the executive team to raise management standards.
• Own recurring internal communications, support executive presentations, and establish communication standards.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in consulting, banking, BizOps, Chief of Staff, or similar high-ownership roles at a fast-growing company.
• A builder mindset and enjoyment of creating structure where none exists.
• An AI-first approach to work.
• Strong design sensibility for creating decks and documents.
• High ownership and responsibility for outcomes.
• Exceptional written communication skills, with a documentation-first approach.
