Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager responsible for managing customer engagements, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions, and overseeing project scope, schedule, quality, and budget within a healthcare technology environment.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $89,300 - $207,400 USD Annual

Responsibilities

• Schedule, facilitate, and lead the transition process from Sales to Services.
• Lead delivery teams to meet project scope, schedule, quality, and budget expectations.
• Plan, schedule, and track project milestones, critical paths, and deliverables.
• Ensure delivery process aligns with care.ai Solutions Deployment Methodology.
• Track and report on project budgets, drive change orders, and manage project P&L.
• Facilitate project communications, including status meetings and documentation.
• Archive project deliverables and documentation appropriately.
• Conduct project close-out activities and share lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6+ years' professional work experience.
• 4+ years of experience executing strategic projects within a corporate environment.
