Principal Product Manager, Member Acquisition

Salary: $195,000 - $225,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Own member acquisition end-to-end: from identifying high-potential eligible populations to driving registration and early activation.
  • Build the member acquisition “machine”: segmentation and targeting logic, channel and messaging strategy, experiment backlog, measurement frameworks.
  • Stand up AI-driven growth workflows to scale: personalization, creative generation, campaign orchestration.
  • Run experiments across the acquisition funnel: partner/employer launch, member outreach, landing pages, signup flow optimization.
  • Instrument, analyze, and explain performance: dashboards, experiment evaluation, decision-making.

Requirements

  • AI-first approach with hands-on experience using AI tools for research, targeting, personalization, creative iteration, and workflows.
  • Proven track record improving top-of-funnel outcomes through experimentation.
  • Ability to create lightweight systems, landing pages, flows, templates, automations, and instrumentation.
  • Strong analytics and experimentation skills.
  • 8+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience designing, launching, and supporting product growth.
  • Ability to build complex workflow tools and AI features supporting decision-making in regulated environments.
  • Experience leading agile teams and managing product lifecycle.
  • Strategic thinker with execution skills, balancing long-term vision and short-term priorities.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S., no sponsorship available.
