Product Lead, CDS

Abridge is a healthcare technology company that uses AI to improve clinical documentation and decision support. They are seeking a Product Lead to own Clinical Decision Support (CDS) strategy, content, and integration, working across clinical science, engineering, and design teams.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $240K - $290K

Responsibilities

• Own CDS strategy and roadmap, defining vision, success metrics, and decision-making criteria.
• Own the content and evidence strategy, partnering with Clinical Science to ensure clinical validity and quality.
• Conduct user research by shadowing clinicians and understanding their workflows.
• Ship high-quality in-workflow experiences in collaboration with engineering, design, and ML teams.
• Deeply integrate CDS with EHR environments like Epic, ensuring seamless fit into clinical routines.
• Define KPIs across adoption, engagement, clinical quality, and safety, and use data to evaluate and improve.
• Navigate ambiguity by creating structure, forming hypotheses, testing quickly, and updating approaches based on data.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, especially with complex, high-stakes, or AI products.
• Proven track record of shipping products from inception to adoption and revenue.
• Strong user empathy and product taste, especially for clinician workflows.
• Comfort working with clinical, scientific, or evidence-based content with high accuracy standards.
• Strong technical fluency to discuss tradeoffs with engineering and ML teams.
• Ability to make build vs. buy vs. partner decisions and defend them.
• Clear communication skills to align clinical, engineering, and business partners.
