SulAmérica is seeking a Junior Project Analyst to support project planning, monitoring, documentation, and team communication in a fully remote setting. The role emphasizes diversity and inclusion, welcoming candidates from all backgrounds.

Location: Remote (Brazil)

Responsibilities

• Support in planning and organizing project schedules, resource allocation, and activity definition following company standards.
• Monitor project progress, update deadlines, deliverables, responsible parties, and assist in risk assessment, pending issues, and performance indicators.
• Manage project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and records for traceability.

Requirements

• Complete or ongoing higher education in a related field.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, including traditional and Agile (Scrum).
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft tools, especially Microsoft Project, Google NotebookLM, and Gemini.
• Proficiency in JIRA (Atlassian) is essential.
