Line Manager Site Contracts Management Fsp

Manage, oversee, and support the FSP Contract Management Team at Precision for Medicine, focusing on site contracts, business development, and client negotiations within a clinical research organization setting.

Location: Romania

Responsibilities

• Support FSP Team and Business Development Team in FSP business development initiatives.
• Acts as a single point of contact for FSP Clients and stakeholders regarding site contracting.
• Line manages a team of FSP contract and budget associates.
• Allocate resources for new business, forecasting, and planning FSP work.
• Participate in discussions on resource needs and future planning for FSP contracts.
• Report and manage FSP contract metrics including productivity.
• Ensure adherence to company and sponsor policies, procedures, and standards.
• Support review, drafting, and negotiations of various agreements including confidentiality and clinical study agreements.
• Oversee execution of agreements at the FSP portfolio level.
• Identify process improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in designing and implementing policies and procedures for timely contract execution.
• Represent the organization as Subject Matter Expert in meetings.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• At least 6 years experience in Site Contracts departments in CROs and FSP service models.
• Experience in people management.
