Location: Remote in Tampa or Atlanta

Salary: $140,000–$170,000/yr plus incentives and $1,000 monthly car allowance

Responsibilities

• Foster a winning, family-like culture with a growth mindset.
• Manage and develop a team including Area Sales Managers and Field Sales Reps.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Partner with wholesalers and leadership to maximize revenue and margins.
• Establish and maintain routines for planning and execution in distribution, display, and feature enablement.
• Drive consistency in wholesaler execution and capability building.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 10+ years in beverage, beer, distributor, supplier, or CPG sales.
• Proven leadership and sales growth experience.
• Ability to analyze data from various sources to identify opportunities.
• Willingness to travel within the multi-state region.
