Licensed Psychologist for Adolescents and Adults - Telehealth

Lyra Clinical Associates partners with Lyra Health to provide evidence-based mental health care, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), for adults and adolescents. The role involves delivering comprehensive DBT services, including individual therapy, skills training, and family sessions, in a culturally responsive and collaborative environment.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $59,000 – $76,000

Responsibilities

• Provide individual DBT therapy for adolescents and adults.
• Conduct multifamily skills groups and family sessions.
• Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to clients.
• Attend weekly consultation team meetings and trainings.
• Collaborate with a team of licensed clinicians trained in DBT.

Requirements

• PSYPACT eligible or authorized licensed psychologist.
• PhD/PsyD in clinical, counseling, or school psychology.
• Formal didactic training in DBT.
• Minimum one year experience providing comprehensive DBT to adolescents and adults.
• Available to work approximately 24 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience working with high-risk behaviors, including suicidal ideation and self-injury.
• Willingness to obtain cross-licensing in additional states.
• Experience providing telehealth therapy services.
