Part-Time Licensed Therapist - Women's Mental Health - Texas

Seven Starling is a leading virtual provider of women's behavioral health services supporting every stage of their reproductive health, combining therapy, peer support, and medication management to treat perinatal mood disorders.

Location: Remote / Telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based teletherapy care for women navigating reproductive journeys.
• Maintain 29 hours of weekly availability, with approximately 20-21 patient sessions and at least 5 slots after 4pm.
• Participate in clinical consultation, team meetings, and contribute to the Seven Starling Care Model.
• Create and maintain documentation and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with clinical team and contribute to company initiatives.

Requirements

• Independently licensed in Texas (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist).
• Texas license required, with preference for candidates with at least 2 additional licenses.
• At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in perinatal, menopausal health, or women’s mental health.
• Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care.
• Proficiency with virtual platforms, EHRs, telehealth best practices.
• Commitment to collaborative team work and continuous learning.
• Passion for women’s mental health and the company’s mission.
• Multi-state license is a plus, PMH-C is a plus.
