Executive Director, Strategic Alliance Lead (Biopharma) US- Northeast Region

This role is for an Executive Director, Strategic Alliance Lead in the Biopharma sector, responsible for strategic direction, partnership management, and operational excellence in the Northeast US region.

Location: Remote, North Carolina, United States of America

Salary: $186,700.00–$248,900.00

Responsibilities

• Communicates partnership expectations, corporate goals, client-specific updates, and contractual terms.
• Creates and manages operational, quality, and financial standards using systems and reports.
• Ensures follow-up on partnership actions and risk management processes.
• Partners with leadership to develop and improve business processes.
• Builds relationships with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Supports business development efforts and serves as a point of contact for operational issues.
• Facilitates governance engagements with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 15+ years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years of management responsibility.
• Advanced leadership skills.
