Responsibilities
- Drive customer retention and expansion by building trusted relationships with executive and clinical staff.
- Serve as a strategic partner to health system executives and clinical leaders, helping them achieve measurable outcomes through CipherHealth's platform.
- Leverage healthcare expertise, technical fluency, and AI insights to influence decision-making at the executive and senior system level.
- Connect technology to clinical, operational, and financial impact to drive long-term success for customers and CipherHealth.
Requirements
- Deep healthcare expertise, possibly as a clinician, program leader, or consultant.
- Technical fluency and an AI-forward mindset.
- Experience supporting or leading healthcare operations.
- Proactive, strategic, and resourceful with the ability to act in ambiguous situations.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with senior healthcare stakeholders.
