Location: Remote/hybrid environment
Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with key healthcare accounts
- Identify new sales opportunities through market research and client interactions
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and development teams to create and deliver compelling EHR product demonstrations and proposals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to sales management on sales pipeline and revenue projections
- Self-generate pipeline via outbound efforts while also managing inbound leads
- Ensure timely delivery of EHR software products and services to customers
- Attend healthcare industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitive landscape
