The VP/GM at Mast-Jägermeister US is a leadership role responsible for sales, distributor relationships, and regional brand growth within the US East Region, with a focus on developing strategies, managing teams, and driving sales performance.

Location: Remote (East Region, US)

Salary: $275,000–$295,000 + 40% annual target bonus

Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategy in collaboration with other function leaders.
Own and grow relationships with Distributor counterparts, including planning and negotiations.
Hire, coach, develop, and retain top talent within the region.
Lead regional planning and negotiations with Distributor partners.
Drive awareness of strategic priorities and execute sales plans for MJUS brands.
Manage regional programs to improve brand execution and image.
Inspire and manage an effective leadership team.
Establish accountability through communication of expectations, goals, and KPIs.
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training.
Build bench strength and attract talent.
Drive budget management and analyze ROI using data and sales tools.

Requirements

15+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in spirits, beverage, or consumer industry.
Experience in distributor relationship management, account management, and chain experience.
Leadership maturity with success in leading and developing sales teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to formulate and execute strategies to drive results.
Knowledge of beverage alcohol laws and regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
College degree required.
