Channel Sales Account Executive - SLED

The Channel Sales Account Executive SLED at Sectigo is responsible for developing and growing global channel partnerships, supporting sales strategies, and driving revenue in the Enterprise PKI and IoT markets. The role involves managing partner relationships, executing marketing campaigns, and closing strategic deals, with a focus on SLED (State, Local, Education) sectors.
Location: Remote (Midwest/Chicago area)
Salary: $170K–$200+K OTE, with a 50/50 split between base salary and commissions
Responsibilities
- Manage activity to support quarterly growth in deal registration and pipeline development.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue and market share goals.
- Support the Emerging Markets Sales Organization in building and executing channel and enterprise strategies.
- Create engagement and business objectives for partner accounts.
- Design, plan, and execute marketing and promotional campaigns with channel partners.
- Build long-term partnerships through training and enablement.
- Establish relationships with channel partners and engage in business planning.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline understanding market opportunities and customer needs.
- Lead business planning efforts to align partner and Sectigo go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to promote products.
- Recruit partners with SLED experience.
- Work with global SI partners to penetrate new markets.
- Perform customer selling activities including presentations and demonstrations.
- Work with channel partners to close critical enterprise deals.
- Provide reports and documentation of operations.
- Develop and expand global SI partnerships.
- Create sales enablement materials for new channels.
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with customers and partners.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop partners for Sectigo solutions.
- Ensure enablement and confidence in delivering Sectigo solutions.
- Manage training, professional services, and support programs.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (strongly recommended).
- Minimum of 3+ years of channel management experience, ideally with SLED experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas with channel partners.

Additional Information
