US Pharmacy Account Executive Revenue Growth Northeast Canada

The Pharmacy Account Executive is responsible for selling to key accounts in the Northeast US and Canadian regions, focusing on healthcare or pharmacy sales, to meet sales goals through proactive engagement, relationship building, and strategic planning.

Location: Northeast US and Canadian Accounts

Salary: $151,000 - $162,000 + benefits (US on target earnings range, base salary + commissions)

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and develop sales strategies via phone and email.
• Post-launch work with Account Managers to ensure value delivery and upselling.
• Establish a consistent sales pipeline through lead generation.
• Identify and communicate cross-selling opportunities leveraging product knowledge.
• Manage complex transactions and resolve issues efficiently.
• Handle highly strategic customer accounts, including high revenue accounts, and assist with training other sales reps.
• Design and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

• Experience in Healthcare or Pharmacy sales, bonus points if in the software industry.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to generate sales for small-medium service-based companies.
• Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively with customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Post-secondary diploma/degree.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Experience with prospecting, cold calling, and closing sales over the phone.
• Experience conducting needs analysis.
• Organized, independent, resourceful, and diligent in maintaining CRM data.
• Team-oriented attitude.
