Manager, Business Development

CRIO is seeking a dedicated Account Executive to join their team, focusing on expanding their reach in clinical research eSource solutions. The role involves sales, relationship management, and industry expertise in a fast-growing company that supports virtual, hybrid, and traditional clinical trials.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $65,000–$85,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels.
• Manage a sales pipeline including qualification, pricing, contract negotiation, forecasting, and closing.
• Meet or exceed sales targets for demonstrations, proposals, and new business.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in business development with a track record of revenue growth.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Willing to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Preferred: Experience as a clinical research site coordinator or similar role.
