Travel Scheduler & Workflow Planner

A fully remote role for an organized and proactive individual to support travel scheduling and workflow planning, ensuring efficient operations and clear communication.

Location: Remote (US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, LATAM)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel schedules, timelines, and key planning milestones
• Oversee workflow progress to ensure travel-related tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Communicate with clients and team members to gather and confirm itinerary details
• Track updates, monitor outstanding items, and follow up as needed
• Maintain organized digital records, itineraries, and documentation
• Review travel plans to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Identify ways to improve efficiency and maintain smooth planning processes

Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and prioritize effectively
• Experience in scheduling, administrative coordination, workflow management, or customer support (preferred, not required)
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Detail-focused, dependable, and tech-savvy
• Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or LATAM
