Test Automation Engineer

Develop and optimize test automation solutions for web and mobile applications, design and maintain scalable test frameworks, and ensure high software quality.

Location: Germany

Responsibilities

• Define test strategies, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and continuously improve processes.
• Work closely with development, product management, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, software engineering, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in test automation
• Master WebdriverIO, Cypress, Appium, Selenium, or similar tools
• Experience with BDD approaches (e.g. Cucumber/Gherkin)
• Programming skills in Python, and ideally in JavaScript or TypeScript
• Experience with test frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methods
• Analytical thinking, structured work, and pragmatic solutions
• Safe communication in German and English
