Lokal is a company that develops focused apps to connect Tier-2/3+ India to knowledge, opportunities, tools, and experts, with a mission to improve access to local-language internet and services. They operate multiple apps across categories like education, matrimonial, agriculture, jobs, social community, emotional well-being, astrology, and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing Wellness Buddies to inform them about products and services.
• Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
• Maintain detailed records of host interactions and transactions.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Provide accurate and timely information to Wellness buddies.
• Stay updated with the latest products, services, and promotional offers.
• Train & onboarding new Wellness Buddies as per guidelines of the app.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience as a Tele Caller or in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Kannada and fluent in English (read, write, and speak).
• Ability to handle Wellness buddy rejection and remain patient.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations, CRM & Excel.
• Strong listening and negotiation skills with a positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
