Technical Recruiter (Contract)

CodePath is an AI-native organization building pathways into tech for the next generation of engineers, CTOs, and founders. They deliver industry-vetted technical courses and programs to learners across the country, focusing on transforming computer science education for an AI-native generation.

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $85,000—$110,000 USD

Responsibilities

• Bring great people into CodePath who will accelerate the work to make opportunity as evenly distributed as talent for people pursuing software engineering careers
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to raise the quality of candidates in the interview pipeline
• Execute strategies to identify, attract, and engage the best talent across sourcing, referrals, first-round screening, and more
• Use AI tooling across the recruiting workflow to compress time-to-offer without lowering the bar
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience with high-touch coordination
• Operate comfortably with ambiguity and build structure where it is needed

Requirements

• Deeply motivated by CodePath's mission to transform computer science education for an AI-native generation
• 3+ years of talent engagement experience in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience owning technical roles like software and data engineering, product management, and data science
• Comfort using AI tools in your own work, and a point of view on where they help recruiting and where human judgment has to stay in the loop
• Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
