MCI is a rapidly growing tech-enabled business services company delivering CX, BPO, and XaaS solutions across various industries. They are seeking a visionary SVP of Sales to lead their global sales organization, drive revenue growth, and build strategic partnerships.
Location: Remote Work-at-Home
Responsibilities
- Define and implement sales strategy to achieve revenue, market share, and growth objectives.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales organization.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across diverse markets.
- Cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee development of scalable sales processes, tools, and technologies.
- Partner with marketing, product, finance, and customer success teams.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure team effectiveness and revenue outcomes.
- Manage sales budgets, ensuring strategic resource allocation.
- Represent the company at major industry events to elevate brand visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including executive roles.
- Proven success in leading large, geographically dispersed sales teams.
- Expertise in complex sales cycles, enterprise deal negotiation, and strategic partnerships.
- Deep understanding of IT, BPO services, and consulting/software solutions.
- Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and strategic planning skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, sales analytics, and enablement tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development and client engagement.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving markets.
