Location: Remote (Malaysia)

Responsibilities

  • Reporting: Support demand forecasting and customer services by producing reports.
  • KPI Management: Understand and analyze Supply Chain KPIs for continuous improvement.
  • Project Coordination: Develop and implement supply chain components for acquisition projects.
  • Transition Management: Collaborate on market authorization transitions and stock planning.
  • Master Data Management: Set up and validate master data in ERP systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Address supply chain issues related to stock, serialization, and GDP standards.
  • Inventory Analysis: Support inventory and buying decisions through data insights.
  • Collaboration: Work with CMOs, distributors, regulatory, artwork, and IT teams.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and develop process improvements and new tools.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve transportation, logistics, customs, and customer issues.
  • Proactive Communication: Warn of potential product or stock problems.
  • Data Issue Management: Resolve complex supply chain data issues.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understand regulations for medicinal products, controlled drugs, and dangerous goods.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and adhere to company ethics.
  • Training Compliance: Follow SOPs and approval procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, CSCP/MBA certification.
  • Minimum five years in pharmaceutical supply chain management, including acquisition, procurement, and supply planning, with experience in controlled drugs and regulations.
  • Experience managing a team and working collaboratively across global teams.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S4H supply planning and ordering processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven track record in supply continuity discussions and solutions.
