Location: Remote (UK)

Responsibilities

  • Managing emails and the general inbox
  • Handling inbound customer calls and enquiries
  • Booking appointments and managing scheduling
  • Preparing and sending out quotes
  • Raising and sending invoices
  • General admin support as the business grows

Requirements

  • UK based, with English as a first language
  • Experienced in small business admin, ideally supporting trade, construction, or services businesses with a practical and varied pace
  • Comfortable speaking with customers confidently and professionally
  • Able to turn around quotes and invoices accurately without being chased
  • Organised and reliable, with genuine ownership of a varied workload
