Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
- Build talent pipelines through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Lead US new-hire onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update HRIS and electronic personnel records.
- Support performance review cycles, goal setting, and feedback processes.
- Organize team events and initiatives to foster employee engagement and culture.
- Manage US employee benefits programs including health, 401k, PTO, etc.
- Assist in administering compensation plans.
- Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local employment laws, policies, and practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years in HR Generalist, People Operations, or HR Business Partner role with a focus on full-cycle recruitment.
- Solid understanding of US federal and state labor laws, payroll basics, and benefits administration.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with a remote international headquarters.
