Supervisor, HCS Specialty Recovery

The Healthcare Specialty Recovery Supervisor is a skilled medical billing and revenue recovery specialist responsible for managing recovery processes, team leadership, and ensuring compliance with Medicare regulations.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $61,000 - $73,000

Responsibilities

• Monitoring staff and daily recovery efforts.
• Driving recovery team’s productivity and adherence to goals and SLAs.
• Program outreach with Providers and Networks.
• Collaborating with management to meet departmental needs.
• Communicating recovery goals to team.
• Setting production goals with leadership.
• Providing feedback, coaching, and training.
• Assisting with audit concept development and claims review.
• Ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
• Developing and revising training materials.
• Contributing to operational and recovery procedures.
• Advising leadership on training gaps and staff development.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of recovery and revenue cycle management.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare requirements and regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Experience in developing and maintaining high-performing teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to work full-time on-site or remotely.
