Strategic Account Manager, Vaccines, Bloomfield NJ - North East Region

The Strategic Account Management organization serves large and complex customers, managing high-value vaccine contracts, including health systems, IHNs, medical groups, PBGs, FQHCs, and state awardees.

Location: Remote, US

Salary: $146,250.00 - $243,750.00

Responsibilities

  • Assume leadership within assigned accounts, providing overall account leadership to cross-functional teams and managing accounts as business partnerships.
  • Build strategic account plans and organize resources within Sanofi to drive value co-creation and meet/exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage and grow trust-based relationships with external stakeholders to generate revenue through genuine partnerships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer’s business, pressures, drivers, priorities, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify high-value opportunities, develop growth strategies, and facilitate internal and external alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of field sales or account management experience.
  • Broad understanding of health system business, decision-making processes, and market trends.
  • Proven ability to access C-suite to D-suite decision makers.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and execute tactical initiatives.
  • Experience working with hospitals, health systems, IHNs, and large-organized customers.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Self-directed, organized, with excellent execution and planning skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a shifting environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.
