The National Account Manager for Drug/Sephora at Future Beauty Brands is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to grow sales within assigned accounts, managing relationships, and leading a team to meet company goals in a fast-paced beauty industry environment.

Responsibilities
- Exceed sales budget targets by developing and executing strategic customer plans.
- Grow P&L contribution by increasing sales, reducing operational costs, and maximizing ROI.
- Increase share of brands by expanding into new markets or customers, replacing competitive brands, and creating a strong brand presence.
- Create an award-winning team with oversight of brokers and retailer collaborations.
- Maintain accurate weekly S&OP forecasts based on SKU movement, promotional influence, and supply levels.
- Develop and maintain customer or regional reporting for internal and external use, including POS, analytics, and performance tracking.
- Lead internal planning and execute plans through opportunity briefs and promotional strategies.
- Predict customer needs for meetings by understanding their requirements, aligning with internal goals, and following up with actions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years sales experience of calling on national accounts.
- Broker management experience required.
- Track record of setting, measuring and achieving goals.
- BA/BS required.
- Self-motivated and highly driven.
- Strong Presentation skills.
- Strong computer skills.
