Sr. Director of Product Management

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for automotive service solutions.
• Analyze product performance metrics and develop tools and dashboards for dealerships.
• Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, collaborating with engineering and design teams.
• Work with leadership and dealers to develop intuitive user experiences.
• Define KPIs, track product performance, and work with marketing and sales for product positioning and adoption.
• Act as the product champion, fostering alignment across teams and building stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, including managing dealer and consumer-facing automotive solutions.
• Proven expertise in the automotive industry, with a deep understanding of dealer operations, consumer behavior, and user experiences.
• Experience working in SaaS environments, ideally with solutions tailored to the automotive industry or similar B2B markets.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Familiarity with managing agile development processes and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Experience in the auto dealer software industry.
• Familiarity with a dealer's service drive and repair lifecycle.
• Knowledge of trends in consumer behavior and technology within retail or automotive sectors.
