Consilio’s Business Development Directors are key members of the Global Sales Organization responsible for driving revenue and growth by selling solutions and services in the eDiscovery industry, targeting law firms and corporations.

Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a clear grasp of eDiscovery services.
- Make concise and compelling presentations to a variety of audiences.
- Balance the need to close business quickly while working with clients consultatively.
- Work in partnership with internal subject matter experts to maximize revenue.
- Manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities from identification through close.
- Maintain an active calendar of new client meetings and industry networking events.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- 5+ years of eDiscovery sales experience.
- Successful track record selling large-scale eDiscovery or Document Review services.
- Experience selling integrated eDiscovery and Document Review services is strongly preferred.
- Developing and executing detailed target account plans, penetration strategies, and pipeline management strategies.
- Preexisting client base of law firm and corporate contacts.
- Consistent over-achievement of revenue targets.
- Managing selling-cycles of varying length.
- Flexible communication skills.
- Energetic executive attitude with quick assessment skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
