Product Manager Retail Lending & Enablement

Product Manager Retail Lending and Enablement responsible for developing and managing non-cards retail lending products in Caribbean Banking, including strategy, product development, and external partnerships.

Location: Port Of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategies for personal lending and auto finance across the Caribbean.
• Align product strategies with RBC Caribbean’s strategic imperatives.
• Develop strategies to achieve acquisition, retention, and growth targets.
• Coordinate with market leaders and respond to competitor actions.
• Develop product value propositions and establish product roadmaps.
• Coordinate marketing and gateway calendar planning.
• Develop business cases for new initiatives and product enhancements.
• Oversee development of target state product set and value proposition.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Business Management, Marketing or related discipline.
• Experience in Credit & Marketing.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite.
• Effective communication skills – both oral and written.
