Director of Product Management

The Director of Product for Fire at ESO oversees the entire product management lifecycle for fire safety and incident response products, working closely with cross-functional teams to align delivery with business and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Stabilize the predictability and velocity of software delivery with engineering teams.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment with sales, onboarding, customer success, engineering, and PMO.
• Own the product roadmap process considering customer, sales, and industry needs.
• Ensure consistent and well-documented alignment on roadmap priorities.
• Translate roadmap priorities into clear requirements through discovery.
• Maintain and expand the product insights and market insights foundation.
• Participate in senior leadership meetings and reviews.
• Occasional travel to industry events, customers, and offices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, familiar with full lifecycle.
• Strong people management skills, including managing managers and skip-level reports.
• Proven track record of delivering complex multi-team efforts.
• Strong communication skills for clarity and alignment.
• Experience in B2B/Enterprise SaaS, collaborating with sales, onboarding, support.
• Experience with Fire, Public Safety, GovTech, HealthTech, or regulated data platforms preferred, or strong curiosity and willingness to learn.
