Thryv is launching a 6-month Software Acceleration Program designed to develop high-potential talent for their Software Account Management team. The program offers a pathway into software sales roles, with performance-based outcomes and career growth opportunities.

Salary: $84,800 per year (estimated OTE, including incentives)
Responsibilities
- Drive outbound outreach and actively create qualified sales opportunities
- Deliver compelling, value-driven messaging to SMB and mid-market prospects
- Execute structured call, email, and LinkedIn engagement strategies
- Partner closely with SAM leaders and sales partners to refine conversion tactics
- Strengthen SaaS sales acumen through ongoing coaching, training, and hands-on platform experience
- Demonstrate consistent performance within a structured evaluation framework
Requirements
- 1–2 years of outbound sales experience (SaaS preferred but not required)
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Confidence engaging with decision makers across phone, email, and social channels
- Ability to manage high volume, handle objections, and build pipeline
- Desire to strengthen full-cycle SaaS sales skills in a closing role
- Comfort working within structured goals, metrics, and performance expectations
- A growth mindset and strong coachability
- Willingness and ability to meet clients face-to-face as you grow your network and unleash sales success
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required
- Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed
