Responsibilities
- Own Expight’s overall sales strategy, pipeline development, and revenue targets
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of commission-based SDRs and closers
- Design and optimize sales playbooks, outreach strategies, and CRM workflows
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value fitness, wellness, and lifestyle brands
- Partner with marketing and creative leadership to align on go-to-market campaigns
- Report on pipeline performance, forecasts, and growth opportunities to the founding team
- Personally handle enterprise-level deals and key accounts in early stages
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven success selling high-ticket services or solutions ($10K+)
- Strong track record of building and managing sales teams (SDRs, AEs, closers)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable with C-level decision makers
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results
- Experience in creative, marketing, or fitness/wellness industries is a strong plus
