The Social Media Coordinator is a full-time remote role supporting social media execution for multiple client brands, including content scheduling, community management, and performance tracking.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms.
  • Manage social media calendars.
  • Assist with community management, including monitoring comments and messages.
  • Draft and edit social copy.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators.
  • Align posts with client brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports.
  • Share insights with account managers to optimize content and engagement.
  • Stay current on platform trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in social media content creation and marketing.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Digital marketing skills, including understanding performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, and other social platforms.
  • Experience with basic analytics tools and content/project management systems.
  • Prior agency or multi-brand experience (beneficial).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
