Senior VIP Relationship Manager

Location: Western Europe, with a focus on the Netherlands and France

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue in the region through onboarding and retention of VIP clients
• Formulate an AUM strategy and revenue optimization based on OKX's product offerings in Europe
• Work closely with local executive leadership to contribute to strategic direction
• Lead partnership development and negotiations in Europe
• Manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals and key clients ensuring positive customer experience
• Build long-lasting client relationships for referrals and new sales channels
• Proactive account management, informing clients of potential roadblocks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
• Fluency in English
• Proven experience in VIP business development within crypto, private banking, finance, or trading, especially in the Netherlands or France
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with focus on targets
• In-depth understanding of financial market dynamics and regulations in Western Europe
