Senior VIP Relationship Manager

Location: Western Europe, with a focus on the Netherlands and France
Responsibilities
- Maximize revenue in the region through onboarding and retention of VIP clients
- Formulate an AUM strategy and revenue optimization based on OKX's product offerings in Europe
- Work closely with local executive leadership to contribute to strategic direction
- Lead partnership development and negotiations in Europe
- Manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals and key clients ensuring positive customer experience
- Build long-lasting client relationships for referrals and new sales channels
- Proactive account management, informing clients of potential roadblocks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English
- Proven experience in VIP business development within crypto, private banking, finance, or trading, especially in the Netherlands or France
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with focus on targets
- In-depth understanding of financial market dynamics and regulations in Western Europe
