Client Delivery Manager

The role involves managing a major sports client for a SaaS platform, with responsibilities including project management, client communication, and account growth. The position requires a proactive individual with a passion for sports, particularly basketball, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Location: Remote (Canada)

Salary: CAD 95,000 to CAD 110,000

Responsibilities

• Drive the account forward daily, identifying and addressing needs proactively.
• Coordinate product, engineering, delivery, and operations to fulfill commitments.
• Ensure quality and substance of client deliverables.
• Act as the main point of contact for the client, including handling requests and escalations.
• Translate client requests into priorities and next steps.
• Manage account planning, including roadmap, renewals, and expansions.
• Own client reporting and ensure it is actionable.
• Handle incidents and escalations calmly and effectively.
• Utilize tools for communication, analysis, and documentation.

• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Experience managing enterprise client relationships (3+ years preferred).
• Ability to work US Eastern Time hours with reliable internet.
