Senior Vice President, Legends Global Partnerships

The Senior Vice President, Legends GlobalPartnerships is a leadership role responsible for building and leading a new business POD focused on partnership opportunities across Major League Baseball, soccer, women’s sports, and emerging categories. The role involves defining go-to-market strategy, driving revenue growth, and developing a high-performing team.

Location: Remote

Salary: $285,000–$300,000/yr plus performance incentives

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for a newly created business POD serving Major League Baseball, soccer, women’s sports properties, and emerging new business categories.
  • Drive revenue growth across existing partner relationships and new business development opportunities, with accountability for sales targets.
  • Identify new sellable assets, category opportunities, and integrated partnership concepts to expand portfolio value.
  • Lead the business POD by building a strong culture, developing talent, and creating an environment for high performance.
  • Establish clear priorities, performance expectations, and development plans for the POD.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, energy, and commercial excellence.
  • Serve as the senior leader for key clients, earning trust and communicating effectively.
  • Act as the lead sales executive for major pitches, asking for the sale, and supporting the team in selling.
  • Partner with leadership to pursue, pitch, and win new business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in partnership sales, commercial development, or revenue generation within sports, entertainment, media, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and achieving revenue goals.
  • Deep experience developing partnership strategies, negotiating complex agreements, and closing enterprise deals.
  • Strong understanding of the sports and entertainment partnership landscape.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking with strong business acumen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
