Senior Solution Architect Consultant Sales Engineer

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 a year

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead pre-sales technical activities including discovery, demos, presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Collaborate with Sales to understand customer requirements, align technical strategies, and support revenue goals.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to uncover customer pain points, business drivers, and technical needs.
  • Architect and propose solutions integrating Cyara's platform with customer technology stacks.
  • Develop and present customized demonstrations connecting customer challenges to business value.
  • Respond to technical inquiries, manage objections, and guide through complex sales cycles.
  • Represent Cyara at customer events, conferences, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Partner with internal teams to share feedback, resolve issues, and support transitions from pre-sales to delivery.
  • Create technical sales materials, documentation, case studies, and enablement resources.
  • Mentor junior Solution Architects and share thought leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, solutions engineering, or solutions architecture, with experience presenting to C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related work experience.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale or enterprise technical sales efforts.
  • Experience in CX, contact center, call center, IVR, testing, or monitoring technologies preferred.
  • Advanced technical skills in designing solutions, system integration, and translating capabilities into business value.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences.
  • Strong consultative discovery skills to uncover customer challenges and needs.
  • Ability to use storytelling and value-based messaging to build trust.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to respond to objections.
  • Strong meeting management skills including active listening and clear responses.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills to coach junior team members.
  • Ability to collaborate with various internal stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
