The Implementation Consultant is responsible for delivering successful software implementations in clients across the legal sector, managing projects from initial discovery through to go-live, user adoption, and ongoing optimisation.

Requirements

• Strong experience in software implementation, consultancy, or onboarding
• Excellent project coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Confident working directly with clients
• Experience within the legal sector or familiarity with legal systems such as case management platforms (advantageous but not essential)
