Seeking a motivated and dedicated Phone Sales Recovery Agent responsible for reaching out to customers to recover incomplete sales through calls, emails, and texts. The role offers a base pay plus commission with unlimited earning potential, ideal for performance-driven individuals.

Salary: Base pay + commission with uncapped earnings potential

Responsibilities

• Call, email, and text customers whose order did not go through, aiming to recover sales and increase revenue.
• Engage with customers to address concerns, offer assistance, and provide incentives to complete their purchases.
• Follow up persistently and professionally to ensure customer engagement and increase conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales recovery targets on a weekly or monthly basis.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and self-motivation to drive sales results.
• Comfort and proficiency with manual dialing and reaching out to leads.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers via phone, email, and text.
• A positive attitude and a passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently and handle rejection with resilience.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in phone sales, or telemarketing is a plus, but not required.

• Work schedule: 7am-3:30pm CST or 1pm-9:30pm CST, with Fridays and Saturdays off.
